Coach L. Gambrell is a wife, mother, and committed community member. She has been coaching for over twenty years, with seventeen of those years dedicated to the athletes of Henry County. Her diverse coaching experience includes sports such as basketball, track, gymnastics, and swimming. For the last nine years, she has focused on leading cross country, helping shape the next generation of runners.

Passionate about athletics and mentorship, Coach Gambrell is known for her dedication to her athletes on and off the field. Her coaching philosophy is rooted in building strong character, teamwork, and perseverance while fostering a love for sports and fitness. As a key figure in the local athletic community, she continues to inspire young athletes and positively impact Henry County students.
